Benefits of Membership
- Participation in all APTLD meetings for discussing related policies and forming positions to be presented to other fora or Internet coordination bodies
- Physical meetings: 4 regular meetings each year
- On-line meetings: as needed
- Participation in workshops or projects to foster exchange of experience and expertise in technical and operational matters
- Access to APTLD mailing lists for discussion and information sharing
- e-Newsletter for review on significant news/events/documents related to ccTLDs in AP region, ICANN and other bodies
- Participation in voting on the APTLD affairs (Ordinary Members only)
Membership Types:
APTLD membership is open to all managers of country code top level domains in the Asia and Pacific Area.
There are two types of membership: Ordinary Member and Associate Member:
Ordinary Member
Ordinary Membership is open to organisations from all countries and economies from the Asia-Pacific region that manage and operate any of the ccTLD registries of the AP.
Associate Member
Associate Membership is open, at the discretion of the APTLD Board, to any individual, company, firm, organisation within AP region that are involved in domain names related activities.
