APTLD Working Group meet

The meeting was a working group discussion on emerging DNS technologies. Led by Professor Gihan, the WG reviewed two case studies on domain as a service (DaaS) and NFT certificates, which were also presented during the ICANN82 Community Forum. They discussed expanding membership, exploring new technologies like blockchain, and potentially presenting their work at the upcoming APTLD88 conference. The WG aims to identify innovative technologies that can benefit country code top-level domains (ccTLDs). They agreed to meet again in early May and continue researching emerging technological trends in the DNS ecosystem.

If you are unsure about the legitimacy, always take a moment to double check and screenshot or show the message to a friend, family member, or colleague. Know the signs of a phishing campaigns and share awareness to stop the spread of online harms.
