The Proposal on Membership Restructuring

The APTLD membership restructuring was discussed at the last APTLD meeting in San Jose in June 1999, and Registrar was added.  Commercial and Non-Commercial members are included in Associate and Affiliate Members, respectivily as we set last March.  Their membership issues would be discussed at the next Meeting.
