APTLD Board Adopts Accountability and Transparency Framework

In its regular teleconference on 19 December, the APTLD Board reviewed and adopted the Association’s Transparency and Accountability Framework.
Developed by the community’s Transparency and Accountability Framework Development Working Group (TAFDWG), the milestone document encompasses all the operational areas and lists respective responsibilities and activities to ensure the community’s genuine oversight of the Association, its Board and staff’s performance.
The adoption of the document is yet another important step in promoting best international corporate governance standards in the community’s interest.
