APTLD Members to Assist the Transformation of Cambodia’s ccTLD

On 2 October 2020, APTLD hosted a teleconference for a group of its Members to form a Working Group to render expert assistance and advice to the Government of Cambodia and the .KH ream  in regard to revamping the registry’s operation.At the telecon chaired by H.E.Chea Manith, Secretary of State and head of the Government Task Force, representatives of KHNIC, VNNIC, .THNIC, GoDaddy Registry,and  the Coordination Center of .RU discussed the current state of and prospects for the .KH registry transformation process and the launch of an IDN for Cambodia, formed a joint Working Group on the project, agreed on its mode of operation, roles and responsibilities, means of communication and collaboration, and project timelines.APTLD will be managing the work on the project and provide communication and clerical services to the Working Group.
