Extraordinary General Meeting of APTLD Members

On 31 May 2021, APTLD Ordinary Members held an Extraordinary General Meeting to discuss strategic matters that should define APTLD’s future operation.

The Membership gave a green light to a full reincorporation of APTLD in a jurisdiction of Members’ choice and endorsed the holding of a 14 day-long voting period to let Members choose between Australia, Malaysia and Singapore as the Association’s future domicile.

It is envisaged that shortly after the ballots have been counted, a new Working Group will be formed to develop a new Constitution for the Association to ensure a smooth transition to and reincorporation of a renewed Association.
