The APTLD Reincorporation Members Working Group (ARMWG) Held Its Inaugural Meeting

On 12 May 2022, the ARMWG held its inaugural Meeting at which its members adopted the Charter and elected Mr. Rajiv Kumar (.IN) as the Chair and Ms. Molly Dong (APTLD) as the Secretary. 

Going forward the ARMWG also discussed ways of its future interaction with a consultancy firm selected to assist APTLD in incorporation in Singapore and the community – to gather feedback to the Group’s constitutional and policy proposals and recommendations.

The ARMWG also decided to meet twice a month to discuss the proposals and recommendations for the future charter documents of the reincorporated Association.
