Call for Nominations for the APTLD Singapore Ltd Board Election 2023

At the end of the financial year of 2023, the following four existing Board Members for APTLD Ltd will finish their terms:

• Ai-Chin LU (.TW)
• Erhan KARABARDAK (.PG)
• NGUYEN Thu Thuy (.VN)
• Rajiv KUMAR (.IN)

Pursuant to the decision made at the Board meeting on 17 May 2023, it is now the period for nominations for candidates for the Company Board Election. The nomination period closes at 23:59 Singapore time (UTC+8), 29 May.

Nomination rules

1. In compliance with Article 47A of the Company’s Constitution, each member’s voting representative can nominate up to four candidates for election to the vacancies on the Board.

2. Self-nomination is acceptable.

3. Nominee does not have to be a ccTLD manager or affiliated with the Member

4. Nomination mail should be sent be to sec@aptld.org

5. To nominate a candidate, please send the candidate’s full name, organization affiliation, business title, country of residence, and an e-mail address.

6. Nomination list will be announced and posted on APTLD website and sent to all members by email.
