2023 APTLD Singapore Ltd Board Election Result

During the 2023 APTLD Singapore Ltd Board Election nomination period, a total of 8 valid nominations were received.

According to the constitution, there should be no less than three (3) and no more than nine (9) Directors. As no more than 8 candidates were nominated, these candidates will automatically fill in Board positions without voting. Therefore, we are glad to announce that the following candidates are going to fill the 8 Board seats and take office at the 2023 AGM on 28 June 2023.
