APTLD Singapore Ltd Annual General Meeting

In compliance with Singapore Law and the APTLD Ltd Constitution, its Members (KISA and NIXI) should convene for the Annual General Meeting on 28 June 2023 at which they should  adopt the 2022 financial statements, elect Board Directors, appoint the company’s auditor for FY2023, and discuss the company’s future operations.
