The APTLD Singapore Ltd Held Its AGM

On 28 June 2023, APTLD Ltd (Singapore) Members held the 2023 AGM and considered and resolved on the following matters:

The AGM approved the Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 together with the Director(s)’ Statement thereon;

Re-elected Messrs. Erhan Karabardak and Choon Sai Lim as Directors of the Company and appointed Ms. Boyoung Kim, Mr. Li Hongtao, Ms. Isobel Egerton and Ms.Yuri Takamatsu as Directors of the Company;

Approved the Nominee Director’s fee for the financial year ended 31 December 2022;

Re-appointed the company’s Auditor until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting;

Received the GM’s update on progress in completing the Company’s reincorporation in Singapore.

The AGM Minutes will be duly completed and shared with the Corporate Secretary in compliance with Law of Singapore.
