The APTLD Complaints Process Working Group (CPWG) Convenes Inaugural Meeting

On Friday, 25 July 2025, the APTLD Complaints Process Working Group(CPWG) held its inaugural meeting to begin developing a transparent, well-structured, and user-friendly complaints resolution process. During the virtual meeting, members actively engaged in setting the direction for the group’s work.

The group unanimously appointed Ms. Isobel Egerton (.NZ) as Chair and Mr.Rishi Maudhub (Sokomi GmbH) as Vice-Chair. The CPWG also adopted its charter and commenced work on establishing a clear definition of the term “Complaint.” Members agreed to meet twice monthly, aiming to complete their mandate by the APTLD Annual General Meeting in February 2026.
