| To nominate a candidate, ensure they meet the following criteria: |

Active Membership: The nominator must be an active member of APTLD. |

Candidate Eligibility: Candidate must be an employee or representative of the nominating ccTLD. |

Submission: Nominations must be submitted through the official online form by the nomination deadline. |

Each voting rep can nominate up to 3 candidates. |
|
| • |
Self-nominations allowed. |

| • |
Membership fees must be paid by 29 Dec 2025. |

Full name, affiliation, business title, and email of the candidate. |

Full name, ccTLD, and email of the nominator. |

Eligibility to Vote or Stand: Must be an Ordinary Member. |

Eligibility: Only designated representatives of Ordinary APTLD members are eligible to vote. |

Voting Platform: Voting will be conducted via a secure online platform. |
