APTLD89: Preparation Checklist for Members

On behalf of APTLD and the host, the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, we’re excited to welcome members to APTLD89 in Amman, Jordan, this coming February! To ensure a smooth and productive experience, please go through the following preparation checklist:

Important Dates:

Training Day: 2 February 2026

Meeting Days: 3–4 February 2026

Networking Tour: 5 February 2026

Other Matters:

Training Day Participation: Limited to 30 onsite participants. Please confirm your attendance if not done already.

Networking Tour Sign-Up : Max 50 participants. Early sign-up is advised.

Invitation Letter Request: Submit your request before 31 December 2025, if needed.

Hotel Booking: Venue: Signia by Hilton Amman (Signia by Hilton Amman | Shmeisani, Al-Qadi Ayad St. | Amman, 11194, Jordan). APTLD rate secured. Booking link will be shared early next week.

Visa Arrangements : Before 31 Dec 2025: Send passport to aptld89@modee.gov.jo. After 1 Jan 2026: Apply via https://moi.gov.jo and request an invitation letter from the same email.
