I.         Speaker & Moderator Guidelines

To ensure smooth and effective sessions, please keep in mind the following:

● Register for the event and indicate your attendance mode (online or in-person).

● Speak clearly and at a moderate pace, especially for the benefit of non-native English speakers and remote participants.

● Stick to the topic—session time is limited.

● Conclude with key takeaways or actionable insights.

● Coordinate with your panel team (moderators and co-speakers) to align on structure, content flow, and timing.

● Notify the Secretariat at sec@aptld.org regarding:

○ Whether or not you will be using presentation slides.

○ If using slides, submit them by 15 January 2026.

○ Your confirmed attendance mode (online/in-person).
