The APTLD Data Portal is a secure platform exclusively for Ordinary Members, offering a suite of dashboards that provide insights into domain registration trends, market dynamics, pricing, and domain usage across the Asia-Pacific region. The portal helps members benchmark performance, track growth, and support strategic decision-making.
I. Key Dashboards
Domain Registration – Track ccTLD growth trends vs APTLD, CENTR, and LACTLD.
Market Share – View ccTLD vs gTLD share and domains per 100 population.
Domain Pricing – Human-collected registrar pricing analysis, updated twice per year.
Domain Classification – Up to 50K domains/month crawled and categorized for web presence and DNS attributes.
APTLD Surveys – Access current and past survey data and reports.
Event Metrics – Participation statistics and feedback from APTLD events.
II. Data Submission Methods
tldportal.org – A new, simple submission platform launched in 2025.
Email & JSON Schema – Alternative ways to provide registration data.
Pricing Data – Collected quarterly by Net Knowledge from major registrars.
Classification – Members submit 50K random active domains monthly.
III. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All data sharing is governed by a Confidentiality Agreement between APTLD and Net Knowledge. It covers registry states, internal policies, technical infrastructure, and communications. Strict access controls, limited disclosure, and breach notification obligations are in place.

APTLD encourages ordinary members to utilize the portal for strategic planning. Net Knowledge will be on-site at APTLD89 to provide training and assist members in using the new tldportal.org interface.
