APTLD is thrilled to have ICANN as our Silver Sponsor again for #APTLD89!

APTLD welcomes ICANN as a Silver Sponsor for APTLD89, which will take place in Amman, Jordan from February 2–5, 2026. This collaboration highlights the shared values between APTLD and ICANN, including global internet stewardship, strategic collaboration, technical coordination, capacity building, and support for the multistakeholder model. The sponsorship further strengthens the longstanding relationship between the two organizations, with a shared aim of advancing regional progress and ensuring global internet stability and inclusion.

As part of its contribution, ICANN will conduct a training session on February 2 under the topics: “Promoting DNS Operational and Security Best Practices” and “Deploying Domain Names and Email Addresses in Local Languages.” These sessions are aligned with APTLD’s strategic goals in human capacity building, DNS security, Universal Acceptance, and the broader commitment to the Internet for All initiative.
