Mongolia Visa Permit: Information & Assistance

In situations where there is no Mongolian Embassy or Consulate in the participant’s country of residence, a visa permit can be acquired. This permit allows you to obtain your physical visa stamp at any Mongolian Diplomatic Mission abroad or at specified border checkpoints. .MN will be submitting your application for K1 visa approval on your behalf. Key Details

1. The welcoming organization, Datacom LLC, will apply for the visa permit on behalf of the participant.
   The visa permit is generally issued within about five to ten working days.
2. Upon arriving in Mongolia, the participant must show the visa permit and acquire the visa sticker at the airport.
3. The visa permit is valid for 60 days from the issuance date. We advise submitting the application to .MN at your earliest convenience.

Required Documents from Participant

1. A copy of the passport (must be valid for at least six months)
2. Hotel reservation confirmation
3. Proof of hotel payment
4. Flight information (if available)
