Update on APTLD88

GM shared an update on the status of preparations and relevant details concerning the current situation. The Board recommended that GM collaborate with the host to make necessary adjustments if needed.

Updates on APTLD89  

GM has shared an update regarding the progress of preparations and the current status. The Board will continue discussions through email to finalize any necessary adjustments if required.

Report on RIPE NCC MOU  

The Board has given its approval for the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with RIPE NCC, instructing the General Manager (GM) to finalize the draft in collaboration with RIPE NCC. This MOU will be signed during APTLD88.

Discussion on a Member Termination Decision

The GM has provided an update regarding the payment status of a membership. This serves to confirm the termination of the membership in alignment with the Constitution and its specified timing.

Discussion on the Signing of the Letter of Understanding between a Member, APTLD and NetKnowledge

It is advisable for GM to work together with Net Knowledge in drafting revisions related to data sharing. Additionally, ensure that clear explanations are provided to the Member regarding the proposed changes.
