Review of the APTLD82 Outcomes
The Board acknowledged that the Meeting was a success and expressed its profound gratitude to the TRA of the Sultanate of Oman as its host, as well as sponsors, and contributors to the event
GM’s Update on the 2022 Budget
The Board received the GM’s update on the matter and stated that the Budget is executed in line with the recently adjusted projections.
GM’s Update on Progress in Preparations for APTLD83 and Its Budget
The Board received the GM’s update on the matter and approved a draft budget for the event; the Board also took notice of the tentative number of Fellowships suggested for the Meeting.
GM’s Update on Progress in Putting APTLD Ltd (Singapore) in Operation (Jointly with the APTLD Ltd Board)
The Board took notice of GM’s update and expressed thanks to SGNIC for taking a proactive stance in providing intelligence on the banking issues; the Board also suggested GM continue engagement with local banks in Singapore to establish a bank account as soon as possible.
Consideration of the FY 2023 Draft Budget.
The Board tool notice of the first iteration of the FY 2023 budget and suggested GM further develop individual items thereof to present an updated version at the next Board Meeting together with a 2023 business plan.
Review of the GM Contract
The Board took notice of the scheduled biannual review of GM’s performance and the GM contract and agreed to conduct both processes with the view of completing them by 15 November 2022.
Review of GM’s Relocation Plan
The Board received the GM’s update on the matter and took due notice of recently arisen external circumstances which may necessitate further adjustment of the GM’s relocation and agreed to discuss it in conjunction to the GM’s Performance Review.
The Board also considered other administrative and financial matters.
