The Joint Meeting with the APTLD Ltd. Board: GM’s Update on Progress in Setting up a Bank Account in Singapore

The Boards took notice of GM’s update and a proposed engagement arrangement to complete the process.

GM and KISA’s Update on Progress in Preparations for APTLD84

The Board took notice of the update and logistical arrangements in progress.

GM’s Update on the 2023 Budget

The Board took notice of the budget execution and concluded that it is carried in line with the original projections.

Proposals to the Members Working Group on Amendments to the APTLD Constitution

The Board recommended the Working Group consider some updates to the draft amendments Constitution in regard to procedures and arrangements pertinent to Board’s operation and Directors’ responsibilities and powers.

GM’s Inception Visit to NIXI in Preparations for APTLD85

The Board received the NIXI and GM’s proposal on his inception visit to India to begin preparations for APTLD85 and approved the GM’s travel budget.

The Board also considered other administrative and financial matters.
