An Update on Progress in Opening a Bank Account in Singapore

The Board received a Director and GM’s update on the Bank’s negative response to the APTLD Ltd s application for opening a bank account and concluded that it is impossible to ensure the APTLD Ltd’s operation without the Bank account; the Board also agreed it should be recommended that the community should start a discussion on prospects for APTLD Ltd and that in so doing Members should proceed as prescribed by the chartering documents of both APTLD Ltd and APTLD Malaysia.
