An Update on APTLD Singapore’s Future Activities

The Board discussed a future action plan for unwinding APTLD Ltd. The Board also discussed the Nominee Director’s suggestion to amend his contract to let him continue exercising his duties pro bono and agreed with it. The Board commended the Nominee Director for his commitment and the highest degree of integrity in office.
