Consideration of Further Steps with regard to the Future of APTLD Ltd

The Board received the GM’s update and ruled to recommend APTLD Ltd Members hold an EGM on 21 February 2021 to resolve on the winding down of APTLD Ltd; the Board also suggested GM and Secretariat prepare the agenda and background documents for the EGM and share with the APTLD Ltd Members in a timely manner.
