Consideration of Further Steps with regard to the Future of APTLD Ltd

The Board received the GM’s update and tentatively selected the strike-off method of dissolving APTLD Ltd as suggested by the Corporate Secretary.

The Board suggested GM engage with the Corporate Secretary and Members to conduct an EGM to consider and pass a respective resolution

Vote of Thanks to the Outgoing Board Member

The Board passed a resolution of thanks to Mr. Erhan Karabardak for his contribution to the Board and community.
