Consideration of Further Steps with regard to the Future of APTLD Ltd

The Board welcomed the outcome of the Extraordinary Members Meeting and suggested GM engage with the Corporate Secretary for further steps required for an efficient winding down of APTLD Ltd by striking it off from the Registry of Companies in Singapore.
