On 19 June 2024, the APTLD Ltd Board held a regular meeting, which was attended by 7 Board Members, and discussed one agenda item, as follows:

GM’s Update on the Strike-off Developments in 2024

The Board noted that the official announcement of the strike-off of APTLD Ltd was officially published and resolved to thank the Board Directors, GM, staff, and all the APTLD Ltd’s contractors for their work.

The Board also resolved to discontinue the practice of holding Board meetings online and to hold them by correspondence going forward.
