Summary of the APTLD Singapore Ltd Board Meeting Minutes (17 July 2024)

In the week prior to 17 July 2024, the APTLD Ltd Board received a GM’s Memo requesting updates and opinions (if any) from the Directors.

In the absence thereof and in anticipation of the upcoming completion of the strike-off process, the Board elected not to hold a monthly meeting.
