Summary of the Board Meeting Minutes (18 March 2026)

On 18 March 2026, the APTLD Board held its regular online meeting, which was attended by 7 Board of Directors and considered a range of matters. A summary of the Meeting is published in this document.

APTLD89 Survey Feedback
The Board reviewed the APTLD89 evaluation reports and provided comments to further improve future APTLD events, particularly in terms of event organization/logistics and participant experience.

APTLD90 Update
The GM provided an update on the progress of APTLD90. The Board took note of the preparations and ongoing coordination, and offered comments to help ensure smooth delivery. The Board also suggested incorporating feedback from members and participants from APTLD89.

APTLD91 Meeting Date
The Board discussed and reviewed the proposed dates for APTLD91. After considering scheduling constraints, including holidays and regional factors, the Board agreed to continue discussions at the next meeting.

Secretariat Contract Review
The Board discussed the Secretariat contract and the way forward. It was agreed that further discussions would take place at a additional Board meeting on 25 March.

Reports
The Board received the GM’s monthly report and the financial update. The Board also considered several other administrative and financial matters.
